Privacy Policy

RoutesFlown ("we", "us") is a tool for mapping the flights you've flown. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Information we collect

• Your flight data. The flights, routes, airports, dates, airlines, notes, map names, and style preferences you enter. This is the content you create.
• Account information. If you sign in, we store your email address so we can save your maps and sync them across your devices.
• Google sign-in. If you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your email address and basic profile information (such as your name) with us to create and identify your account. We do not receive your Google password.

We do not collect location data, payment information, or browsing activity outside of RoutesFlown. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To display and save your flight maps.
• To sync your maps across devices when you are signed in.
• To sign you in and keep you signed in.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Where your data is stored

If you are not signed in, your maps live only in your browser's local storage on your device. If you sign in, your data is also stored in our backend database (provided by Supabase) so it can sync across devices. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf to run the service.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep your maps and preferences, and a sign-in token (a cookie or local storage entry) to keep you logged in. We do not use cookies for advertising.

Your choices

• Access and export. Your maps are visible in the app at any time, and you can export a map as an image.
• Delete your data. Signing out and clearing your browser removes local data. To delete your account and any synced data, email us at the address below and we'll remove it.

Children

RoutesFlown is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of RoutesFlown after a change means you accept the updated policy.
